ABOUT ME
MY PM JOURNEY

Builder → Leader → Technical Project Manager

I began my technical journey in Computer Science and AI/ML, writing code, engineering full-stack platforms, and integrating machine learning APIs. But as I built projects and shipped products, I found myself drawn toward a larger challenge: the strategic systems around technology.

Whether leading a 40-person cross-functional team for TEDxICEAS with zero budget overrun, spearheading district-wide digital tools for 50+ Rotaract clubs, or procuring government partnerships for forest patrol programs like Dari Deepa, I realized my true superpower lies in bridging complex technical code with human alignment.

Today, I leverage my engineering foundation to speak the language of developers while driving clear product roadmaps, gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders, and steering multi-stakeholder programs from total ambiguity to high-impact execution.

CASE STUDY 03

ImpactOne — Smart Facility Booking Platform

Engineering a user-centric facility reservation platform that eliminated scheduling conflicts and reduced admin workload by ~60%.

~60% Coordination Reduced
Real-Time Supabase Sync
Role-Based Clerk Access

PROBLEM & USER NEEDS

Students and administrators suffered from overlapping facility requests, double-booked auditoriums, and slow manual approval chains over paper forms.

SOLUTION & ARCHITECTURE

Designed a full-stack Next.js platform integrating Clerk role-based access (Student vs Admin views) and Supabase real-time database state sync.

PRODUCT DECISIONS

Prioritized instant conflict-detection during slot selection over complex approval queues, instantly cutting double-booking attempts to zero.

MEASURABLE OUTCOME

Achieved a ~60% reduction in manual coordination effort between student event leads and campus facility managers during trial deployment.
